The Writer's Tale: Second Edition Announced

By Mark
It has recently been revealed by BBC Books that an official revised and updated follow up publication to 'The Writer's Tale' will be released early next year. The first book, which went on sale last year, consisted of a collection of emails exchanged between Russell T Davies and Benjamin Cook during the production process of the Doctor Who's fourth series. It contained a total of five hundred and twelve pages and revealed details about elements that were originally going to appear in the series but were cut during the script writing stages of development for the episodes. This second edition will contain over three hundred pages of new content and again, it will take the format of the first book with the inclusion of quotes from emails between Russell and Benjamin. It will take an in depth look at this year's specials and also cover the first three series of the Doctor Who which starred Christopher Eccleston, David Tennant, Billie Piper and Freema Agyeman. More information about this second edition can be found here and further details will be posted here on this site as soon as they become publicly available. What do you think of this news?
