According to The Sun and various other sources, Georgia Moffett will be joining the cast of Casualty this year to take on the role of a junior doctor who will become a regular character in the programme. Georgia, who is well known for her role in Doctor Who as Jenny, will apparently be appearing in the show starting from September and she has previously appeared in many programmes including; Spooks Code 9, My Family, Bonkers and The Bill. It is also believed that Russ Abbott, who played Martin Trueman in The Sarah Jane Adventures series two story ‘Secrets of the Stars’, will be appearing in one episode of Casualty’s next series and you can view Digital Spy’s article about this news
