Planet of the Dead DVD and Blu-Ray Released

Planet of the Dead, the latest episode of Doctor Who, was released on DVD and Blu-ray today and it is now available for purchase in all good DVD stores across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The DVD has an RRP of £12.99 whereas the Blu-ray edition is slightly more expensive with an RRP of £15.99. As well as featuring the episode, the hour long episode of Doctor Who Confidential for the special is also included on the disc as a special feature and the DVD has an approximate running time of one hour and fifty five minutes in total. It's rated a PG which means that when watching, youths are advised to be accompanied by an adult. The Waters of Mars is the title of the next episode of Doctor Who and at the moment, it is unknown how 2entertain are going to release the rest of this year's specials. More information regarding the DVD releases will however be posted here on this site as soon as it becomes available. Secret Smile, a one-off drama programme starring David Tennant, was also released on DVD today and it is now available for purchase exclusively from HMV in either there stores or on their official website.
