Doctor Who Planet of the Dead Tonight
This year's first special episode of Doctor Who, Planet of the Dead, will air tonight at 6:45pm on BBC One and for the very first time, it will also air on BBC HD. It will have an approximate running time of sixty minutes and the episode has been written by both Russell T Davies and Gareth Roberts. David Tennant will reprise his role as the 10th Doctor in the episode and he will be joined by Lady Christina De Souza who is played by Michelle Ryan. Many other actors will guest star and tonight's Doctor Who schedule can be seen below;
- Doctor Who 'Planet of the Dead' - 6:45pm - BBC One and BBC HD
- Doctor Who Confidential (Desert Storm) - 8:30pm - BBC Three
Tonight's episode of Doctor Who Confidential will take a look behind the scenes of the episode and more information about it can be found here in a previous post. Planet of the Dead will also be repeated twice in the next few days. Tomorrow will see it broadcast at 7pm on BBC Three and on Monday, it will be repeated on BBC One at 5pm. At the end of Planet of the Dead, a trailer for the second special will also be shown along with confirmation of the second special's title.
