Doctor Who Confidential: Desert Storm

The BBC have recently released details about the upcoming episode of Doctor Who Confidential for Planet of the Dead and we now know that it will be titled 'Desert Storm'. It will have an approximate running time of fifty minutes and air on the eleventh of April at 8:30pm on BBC Three. More information about this episode of Doctor Who Confidential can be viewed below in the episode's official synopsis;

Behind-the-scenes look at Doctor Who. The cast and crew travel to Dubai to film the Easter special and Confidential are there to capture every shot, scene and sandstorm. How do you get a double decker bus to the desert? How do you shoot a drama in horrendous weather conditions? And how do you match a vast Arabian landscape with the cold Cardiff winter? The answers are revealed.

Planet of the Dead itself will air on BBC One at 6:45pm and it will have an approximate running time of sixty minutes. Like with it's episode of Doctor Who Confidential, it will air on the eleventh of April and you can view a trailer for the episode here in a previous post. Both Planet of the Dead and Desert Storm will be available on BBC iPlayer after their broadcast and more information will be posted here on this site as soon as it becomes available.
