Noel Clarke, who plays Mickey Smith in Doctor Who, has recently been nominated for a BAFTA award. As well as playing Mickey Smith, he has also written an episode for Torchwood series one and has written and directed two successful films called Kidulthood and Adulthood. He has a chance of winning the Rising Star award and you can vote for him online here.
