Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2008

Doctor Who has been nominated for four awards in this year's Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards and Catherine Tate has been nominated for an award for her work on The Catherine Tate Show. The show itself, Doctor Who, is up for the "Favourite Family TV Show" award and is competing against Britain's Got Talent, Harry Hill's TV Burp and The X Factor. David Tennant has been nominated for the "Favourite Television Actor" award and both Catherine Tate and Freema Agyeman are up for the "Favourite Television Actress" award. Also the Daleks have been nominated for the "Best Television Villain" award and Catherine Tate has received a nomination for the "Favourite Funny Person" award. You can vote online here until the 3rd September when voting lines will close. The award ceremony will take place on the 13th September and will be presented by Jack Black. Also don't forget that you still have until the 1st August to vote for Doctor Who and Torchwood in this year's National Television Awards, you can vote online here.

    Great Picture. Good to see Doctor Who, in my opinion the best show made by the British ever, is being recognised. Good Luck to David for best Actor. Good Luck to both Freema and Catherine in best actress. Plus good luck to the Daleks and the show itself. I Hope Doctor Who wins.

    Great post - I would like d.t to win best actor and catherine tate to win best actress. The Daleks I expect will win because they are so cool - i want them to! Doctor Who should overall win because it's the best show on telly!
