SFX Magazine Doctor Who Special

By Mark
A special issue of SFX Magazine which is all about Doctor Who was released earlier this month. Inside the magazine are interviews with many of The Doctor’s companions and interviews with three of the actors who played The Doctor in the Classic Series. The magazine comes free with the Quick Read Doctor Who Book “Made Of Steel” which features The Doctor, Martha and the Cybermen. Here is what SFX have to say;

With the new series about to begin, what better time for SFX to unleash its latest Doctor Who Special? And this year’s packed edition really is something special with 100% all new features:
* Three Doctors interviewed! Including Jon Pertwee! No, we weren’t fibbing about "all-new" features. This is an interview SFX’s Nick Setchfield conducted back in 1986 but which has never been published. Discover why Pertwee was covered in spots at the time.
* The Best Who Companions Ever Poll! As voted for by you.
* Complete episode guides to New Doctor Who series three and The Sarah Jane Adventures, done in SFX’s usual idiosyncratic, fact-packed, fun style
* Behind-the-scenes at Millennium FX – with loads of cool monster images.
* Interviews with Elisabeth Sladen, Mary Tamm, Louise Jameson, Naoko Mori, Freema Agyeman, Terrance Dicks and Barry Letts.
* “The 10 Most Embarrassing Things I’ve Done as a Doctor Who Fan" by Moths Ate My Doctor Who Scarf creator Toby Hadoke.
* And loads, loads more.
It also comes with a free book and a glorious, nearly-word-free cover. All this for just £5.99. Go on. You know you want to.

This magazine is on sale now in all good newsagents across the United Kingdom at the price of £5.99. The next issue of SFX Magazine, which isn’t a special issue, will be released on the 9th April and will likely feature news and reviews of Doctor Who and Torchwood.
