It's your chance to meet the captain, Captain Jack Harkness that is. For the second time this year, John Barrowman will be signing autographs at Oxford Street. Earlier this year, 28th April, John signed copies of the first three Torchwood audiobooks. On the 16th November, between 12:30pm and 1:30 pm he will be signing copies of his album Another Side at HMV. Another side is released this Monday, 12th November 2007.
If you want to meet John, it's a good idea to get there early as only the first 250 people will be able to meet him. Here is what the HMV Site have to say;

So all in all this year, John Barrowman, David Tennant, Freema Agyeman and Elisabeth Sladen have signed their autographs at Oxford Street. I hope you can all go and meet John, unfortunately I can't and I have got my fingers crossed that John and many other celebrities from Doctor Who, Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures come to sign their autographs in Manchester.

P.S : In other news , according to Amazon John Barrowman's autobiography will be released on the 24th January 2008. Hopefully he will be signing his autobiography in Manchester and many other places. Celebrities usually do sign their autobiographies, so let's hope that John does the same.
