Picture Above was made by me.
Stephen Moffat, writer of “The Empty Child”, “The Doctor Dances”, “The Girl in the Fireplace” and “Blink” has won his second Hugo. Last year he won a Hugo for his excellent episodes “The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances” for Doctor Who Series 1. This year he won the Hugo for “Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form” for his Doctor Who Series 2 Episode “The Girl in the Fireplace”.
Other Doctor Who Nominees at the Hugo Awards were Russell T Davies for “Army of Ghosts/Doomsday” and Toby Whithouse for “School Reunion”. The Award Winners were announced Nippon 2007, the 65th World Science Fiction Convention, in Yokohama, Japan.

With Stephen Moffat’s brilliant story “Blink” I suspect there is a high chance that Stephen will be getting his 3rd Hugo Award next year.
