Eve Myles, who plays Gwen Cooper in Torchwood, and Gareth David-Lloyd, who plays Ianto Jones in Torchwood, both appeared on this morning's edition of BBC Breakfast. On the show, they were both interviewed and some new clips from Children of Earth were also shown. Torchwood's third series, Children of Earth, will consist of five episodes which will air over five consecutive nights and each have an approximate running time of sixty minutes. The series will premiere in the United Kingdom tonight and a further reminder about the series launch will be posted here on this site later this afternoon. Children of Earth will then begin transmission in Australia tomorrow and the series will premiere in both America and Canada on the twentieth of July.
