The BBC have recently revealed that Tracie Simpson and Peter Bennett will be Doctor Who's producers for it's upcoming fifth series. They will be taking over from Phil
Collinson who left at the end of Doctor Who series four and Tracie Simpson recently acted as producer of the show for it's latest episode which was titled Planet of the Dead. It has also now been announced that Beth Willis, who has previously helped produce the award winning BBC drama series Ashes To Ashes, will be joining Steven
Moffat and Piers
Wenger as an executive producer of Doctor Who series five. You can view the

here. Doctor Who series five will see Matt Smith take on the role of the 11
th Doctor and filming for the series will begin sometime later this year. The series is expected to broadcast in 2010 and three more specials starring David
Tennant as the 10
