Noel Clarke, Britain's Rising Star

By Mark
Last night at the British Academy of Film and Television Awards, Noel Clarke was named Britain's most rising star. He was nominated for this award for his work on the films; Kidulthood and it's sequel Adulthood where he appeared as the character Sam. As well as acting in the films, Noel also wrote both films and did all the directing work for the second film, Adulthood. Another role which Noel is well known for is his role as Mickey Smith in Doctor Who. Noel has appeared as Mickey in Doctor Who series one, two and four as well as writing an episode for Torchwood series one called 'Combat'. You can view more information about 'Combat' here. I'd like to take this time to congratulate Noel on his amazing success and wish him the very best for the future.
