The BBC recently confirmed that highlights of the Doctor Who Prom, which took place earlier this year at the Royal Albert Hall in London, will be televised. It has now been revealed by the BBC that the highlights show will air on the first of January at 1:50pm on BBC One. It will have an approximate running time of sixty minutes and feature some of the best musical performances from the event. The special mini episode "Music of the Spheres" will also be shown.
