Doctor Who's 45th Anniversary

By Mark
Today, the twenty third of November, is Doctor Who's 45th anniversary. Since the show started back in 1963, there have been ten different incarnations of The Doctor, many companions, many aliens, many villains, seven hundred and fifty one episodes and a television movie. Doctor Who has won lots of awards and has even been named the longest running science fiction programme ever made. BBC Archives recently uploaded a section all about Doctor Who and you can view that by clicking here. You can also visit the classic section of the BBC's official Doctor Who website here, view a fantastic video containing clips from every official Doctor Who episode here and read all about each incarnation of The Doctor here. I'd like to take this time to wish Doctor Who a very happy forty fifth anniversary and to congratulate everyone invovled in making the show for it's incredible success. (The animated avatar in this post was made by me. Feel free to use it elsewhere as long as you give credit, thanks.)
