The Sarah Jane Adventures Series 2 Casting News

Filming for the second series of The Sarah Jane Adventures continued today and some pictures from the set have now appeared online. These pictures contain major spoilers and confirm that these three characters will be appearing in The Sarah Jane Adventures series two;

The Brigadier (Played by Nicholas Courtney)
Mrs Wormwood (Played by Samantha Bond)
A Sontaran (So far there's only pictures of one on set)

Highlight the above area to reveal the names of the characters but please be aware of spoilers. Two images from today's filming can be viewed here on Blogtor Who. The Sarah Jane Adventures will return to our screens for it's second series later this year. What do you think of this casting news?

    Cool Post. Those behind the scene pictures are fantastic. Good to hear that a certain old friend is back and a certain old foe is back. Cant wait for the second series.

    OMG!!!! I nearly wet myself when I read the first name on that list. Sarah Jane and .... together again! Love that bit of news!

    OK, so how sad is this, when I read the male name on your list, I just did a dance of delight. I am so glad I am on my own at the moment, I would have hated for anyone to see that.

    Now how about someone bringing back Harry Sullivan too (and please don't say "who?").

    Thanks everyone :) It is exciting news isn't it. Welcome to the site by the way Paul and yes I agree it would be great to see Harry Sullivan, companion to the fourth Doctor and member of UNIT, return.
