Doctor Who Adventures #60
The 60th issue of Doctor Who Adventures was released today and is now on sale in all good newsagents across the United Kingdom at the price of £2.10. This week's issue comes free with a Dalek notepad and pen and features an interview with Catherine Tate. Here is what BBC Magazines have to say;
In this week’s Doctor Who Adventures, out on Thursday 17 April, Catherine Tate tells the magazine about the fun she’s having playing the character. Did she watch Doctor Who when she was growing up? "No! I remember the theme tune but it was never as interesting to me as Basil Brush. I didn’t know the Doctor regenerated until Christopher Eccleston turned into David. It was incredible!"About stunts… A: "Kneeling in the TARDIS is like kneeling on razor blades! I’ve got black and blue knees! I got absolutely battered during the first episode. David wants to do all his own stunts, though!" If she could really time travel, would Catherine go and meet herself in the past…? "If someone came in now and said, ‘Hi, I’m you at 50!’ you wouldn’t say, ‘Oh, go on, take a seat!’ I can’t answer without my head exploding!" Read the whole interview in his week’s Doctor Who Adventures magazine. Free with this week’s issue is a deadly Dalek pen and notepad and the second part of a massive double-sided poster – inside the TARDIS on one side, and the monsters of series two on the other. Plus;
• Four cool posters: The Fires of Pompeii, an Ood, Donna and a Dalek!
