By Mark
Main Characters: The Doctor (David Tennant), Martha Jones (Freema Ageyman), Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman), The Master (John Simm)

Basic Storyline:
This story is set One year after “The Sound Of Drums” and follows on with the story.
Earth has been closed and labelled as “Terminal Extinction”. Martha Jones walks the Earth and arrives back in great Britain after a long year of travelling telling the story of what the Doctor told her to do. Martha, travelling around with the perception filtered TARDIS key kept her hidden wherever she went.
Martha meets Thomas Milligan , a doctor, who can take her to Professor Docherty so Martha can “Know her enemy”. Rumours going round on Earth say that Martha Jones it the only one who can save the Earth, the only one who can kill The Master.
The Master on the Valiant Is keeping The Doctor as a prisoner, Martha’s family as servants and Captain Jack chained up. The Master shows The Doctor “A New Timelord Empire” where there is time lord rockets being built.
At Professor Docherty’s lab, Docherty is trying to fix the TV to see a transmission from the man himself, The Master. Martha watches the transmission with Tom and Docherty. During the transmission The Master makes the Doctor older and older making him regenerate to show his 900 years. The Doctor now is small and even weaker than before.
The Toclafane are practically indestructible but Martha states that there has only ever been once occasion when humans have got close to one which happened due to a lightning strike.
Tom, Martha and Professor Docherty rebuild the electric force and manage to kill a Toclafane. Opening the Toclafane is the other half of the job. However when opened they make a horrific discovery. The Toclafane are the human race from the future. Martha realises this as the Toclafane says “the sky are full of diamonds” realising that it was Crete who was sent on the Utopia Project. Toclafanes share the memories with the human inside. Tom asks why they kill and the Toclafane replies “Because It’s fun”, Tom then shoots the Toclafane dead as it is a threat.
Docherty questions Martha asking if the legend is true , asking if she can kill The Master. Martha shows Docherty a Gun developed by Torchwood and UNIT which is able to kill a timelord with its four components. Martha has travelled the world to find all components for the gun and come back to London to find the last part. Tom and Martha set to go and find the last chemical. Docherty stays behind and after they have left tells the Arkangel network she has information for The Master concerning Martha Jones.
Martha stops to sleep and tells the people in the house of The Doctor and how he has saved their lives so many times and they didn’t even know. The Master comes to the surface after finding out about the gun and makes Martha come out of the house to hand him the gun. Martha is forced to throw the bag which she throws in the middle of the floor, The Master destroying with his Laser Screwdriver. The Master then threatens Martha, Tom running out in way of the laser, killing himself to protect Martha.
Martha then is brought aboard The Valiant, forced to kneel in front of The Master, her family and The Doctor.
As the clock counts down Martha reveals what she really was doing travelling across the world. Martha told everyone about the Doctor and to all think of that word “Doctor” when the Master is just about to launch the rockets for the new Time lord empire.
The anti-regeneration gun that could supposedly kill a Time Lord was fictional and a plan to trick Professor Docherty and The Master. All the world, thinking of one word at one specific time with 15 satellites (The Archangel Network) made The Doctor regenerate back to look young as he had a year to tune into the Archangel Satellite Network.
The Doctor then hovers in the sky, The Master scared running into the wall behind him scared of what The Doctor would say. The Doctor then says “I Forgive You”.
The Master orders the Toclafane to protect the Paradox Machine, Jack and some men go to stop the Toclafane and destroy the Paradox Machine.
Using the Vortex Manipulator, The Master teleports himself and The Doctor to Earth, away from the Valiant. Captain Jack manages to destroy the Paradox Machine meanwhile The Doctor manages to teleport himself and The Master back to The Valiant.
The Doctor then reverses time, One year and One day, just before the Toclafane arrived and just after the President was killed. Everything is back to normal on Earth, the only people who will remember the events are those in the “Eye Of The Storm” those on the Valiant.
The Master makes a run for it while The Doctor is introducing himself to Clive (Martha’s Dad) however Captain Jack stops him and handcuffs him.
The Doctor then declares that The Master is his responsibility as a Time lord and he will be kept in the TARDIS as he can’t be trusted. Francine Jones (Martha’s Mum) is forced out of shooting him, but Lucy Saxon (The Master’s Wife) does it for her and shoots the Master.
The Doctor then goes to comfort the Master pleading him to regenerate as it’s only a bullet. The Master refuses as he wouldn’t want a life imprisoned with The Doctor. While dying The Master says “I win” and then dies. Upset, The Doctor cries, sad that he is the only Time Lord left.
The Master is then cremated by The Doctor. A Female hand (Supposedly Lucy Saxon) picks up The Master’s ring from the cremation with an eerie laugh echoing in the background.
Back on Earth, Captain Jack Harkness is welcomed aboard The Tardis however he refuses because of responsibility for the Torchwood Team of his. Jack questions whether he will ever die or age. The Doctor simply doesn’t know. Captain Jack then tells The Doctor and Martha that he was the first person from the Boeshane Peninsula to join the Time Agency and people used to call him “The Face of Boe”. Captain Jack then runs off back to the Torchwood Institute, Martha and The Doctor laughing at the thought of Jack being The Face of Boe.
Back at the Tardis, The Doctor is ready to move on however Martha isn’t ready. Martha decides to stay on Earth as her family need her and she could finally become a Doctor. Martha gives The Doctor her phone, telling The Doctor that when that rings he had better come back for her. Martha then leaves the Tardis, The Doctor on his own.
The Tardis flies away and arrives at another location. After a few seconds of relaxing , The Titanic crashes into the Tardis ripping the inside apart. The Doctor replies with his “What? What? What?!?” line.

A Song which I personally think would go well into the episode:
“I’m Gonna Be (500 miles)” this song would go well because Martha walked more than 500 miles for the Doctor, to spread the word “Doctor” all over Earth. The lyrics say “I would walk 500 miles”

My Rating: 10/10 (More if possible)
