Main Characters: The Doctor (David Tennant), Martha Jones (Freema Ageyman), Professor Lazarus (Mark Gatsis)

Basic Storyline: The Doctor takes Martha home where he is about to leave her for good. However Martha gets an answer phone message from her mum saying turn on the news, Tish (Martha's Sister) is on it. The Doctor and Martha watch it where they hear Professor Lazarus announce

"I am Going To Change What It Means To Be Human"

The Doctor leaves then, his TARDIS demateriallises leaving Martha back home, Martha feeling Sad. Then a few moments later The TARDIS demateriallises again and The Doctor peeps out saying

"Hold on did he just say he was going to change what it means to be human?"

The Doctor and Martha arrive at the event which will change humanity. Professor Lazarus enters inside the machine and comes back out many years younger. The Experiment was a success, for now anyway.

However there are side effects, bad side-effects, very bad as the Doctor and Martha find out as well as Lady Thaw who gets on the end of them. Lazarus actually mutates into a malevolent creature who strips the flesh off bodies.

In a race to save the world the Doctor and Martha end up killing Lazarus in a Cathedral by The Doctor fantastically playing the Organ (Brilliant Music) using sonic hyperwaves to destroy Lazarus and it works, just about before Martha and Tish got killed.

The Doctor Returns to Martha's house where he asks her if she would like to go on one more trip for saving him , again.

Martha Replies "No"

Then The Doctor replies "Why, I thought you liked it?"

Martha then comments " I do I just can't be someone you just take along for a treat, I'd rather be someone like a companion."

The Doctor then replies "Ok then"

Martha answering back "Fine, we've already said bye once today, I think you had better just go."

The Doctor not going anyway hangs around in her room.

Martha says "What now?"

The Doctor replies " I said fine"

Martha enthusiastically replies "Oh thanks!"

The Doctor then adds in "You were always more than someone I took for a treat!"

So The Doctor and Martha now travel through time and space as companions.

My Favourite Lines:

Martha : "I think it suits you, in a James Bond kind of way."

The Doctor : " James Bond?!? , Really?"

My Favourite Scenes:

1) The explosion The Doctor creates with gas taps and Lazarus in the room"

AND

2) The Doctor playing the Organ , Killing Lazarus.

Viewing Figures: 6.7m viewers, with a 37.1% audience share. Doctor Who was the most watched programme for Saturday.
