Along with the final cover for the publication, Penguin Books have now released some information regarding the Doctor Who Annual 2009 . The final cover can be seen above and the first draft cover which was originally going to be used can be viewed here. Here is what Penguin Books have to say;

The book is expected for release on the 7th August, will consist of 96 pages and will only be available in hardback.
